Shipping and returns

Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday ship the same day. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days to main centres, and outlying areas can take a few days longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery costs

Delivery is R100, and free on orders of R690 or more. We deliver in South Africa only.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain box with no logo or product names on the outside.

Cooling-off and returns

You can cancel your order and return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (your cooling-off right under section 44 of the ECT Act). You only pay the cost of sending it back. Unopened products can also be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If a product is damaged, faulty or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. Faulty products are covered for 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
