We only share your information with the service providers we need to run the store: Shopify (our website platform), our payment provider, our courier, and our email and marketing tools. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information.
Order emails and parcels are kept discreet. Parcels are sent in plain boxes with no product names on the outside.
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your age confirmation and understand how visitors use the site. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner or block them in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (usually 5 years). Other information is deleted when we no longer need it.
8. Storage outside South Africa
Shopify and some of our service providers store data on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers that are bound to protect personal information to a standard similar to POPIA.

Our store and products are for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
