Returns of unopened products (14 days)
You can also return unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. If a product is faulty, you can return it within 6 months of delivery, as allowed by the Consumer Protection Act. We will repair, replace or refund it (your choice), including delivery costs.
1. Contact us at victuswellness@gmail.com or through the Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and keep proof of postage.
We refund you to your original payment method within 7 working days after we receive the returned products, and never later than 30 days after you cancelled.
Cancelling before your order ships
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday usually ship the same day.
