Chew 1 to 2 gummies about an hour before bed. Take no more than 2 gummies (20 mg CBD) in 24 hours.

Sugar, glucose syrup, pectin, chamomile extract, cannabidiol (CBD) isolate 10 mg per gummy, citric acid, natural berry flavour, fruit and vegetable colour. 30 gummies, 300 mg CBD per pouch.
